@Angelia It isn't easy about gym/yoga. But I do know that I feel so much better and it positively influences every area of my life.

Some tips: I have resorted to yoga in the morning (before work) which leaves my evenings still free and also refreshed for the day. I have also written out my workout schedule, around whatever is happening each week (events, dinners, even laundry, etc.)

Taking time for yourself is a great goal. It's so important. I'm in awe of your gym/yoga goal. I used to be in the gym or running every night but have somehow derailed.

@Charles I know, it's not easy. Like Elisa said, I want to make it into my schedule so it's not just a goal. I did it in September and made time in the morning instead (before work) and it still allowed me to be free in the evenings or continue work, be social, events, etc.

I'll let you know how this month goes :)

I looked online at the prices for Lululemon and they are expensive! Canada is much cheaper! Minus about 10USD, and that's about right...

Roots has decently priced yoga gear, and the quality is all right. Not superb, but when you get it on sale it's great. http://www.roots.com But I can't seem to find anything on their website right now, might be better in store (I'm going home in three weeks so I'll let you know if I see anything)

VS might (La Senza is the equivalent and since they're owned by VS...) have yoga clothing too, and that also falls in decent quality for price.

It is not easy to work out in gym 4 to 5 times a week when you are still busy with your work!

Looks like you have a lot of savings to do this month. All the best!

@Elisa Thanks! It feels so good. In fact, I could use some warrior 2 in my life right now :) Yoga, tomorrow evening.

I think your last point struck a chord with me. Maybe my yoga and gym 4-5 times a week shouldn't be a goal but rather part of my everyday life. It usually is, but sometimes life gets in the way and it's only 2-3 times a week. I'm going to focus on integrating it so it's as natural as breathing or eating :) Thanks for the thought!

First of all Warrior2 is my FAVORITE standing pose. I love the strength that emanates from your arms straight out and the power of stature in your legs. Great photo, Rebecca was right to include it!

Secondly, I did a similar thing and included the same amount of yoga sessions in my October goals as well. I figure it isn't a bad idea to reinforce and hold myself accountable for at least one more month. Heck, by the time I take it off goals maybe it'll just be so part of my routine I won't even think of it as a goal anymore!
