Friday Linky Love
I think the early morning is my favorite time of the day. It’s quiet, there’s an air of stillness and there’s something to be said about the energy that people are getting ready to wake and rise for the day (versus stillness of night, as people are turning in/asleep). It’s early morning here in Boulder. I hear birds chirping and loud silence. No cars. No movement. It’s peaceful.
I hope this weekend we can all find a little pocket of peace, even if it’s for 15 minutes. Aim for it.

GIVING IS LIVING: Finally, tomorrow I will be volunteering all day with The Wellness Initiative and practicing 108 sun salutations for the Yogathon fundraiser. We’ve been planning this for months.
There’s still time to donate if you feel so inclined to support bringing wellness and yoga to release stress to at risk youth and students. My page is here, it’s just one click $1.00 means a lot. XOXO
