Friday Linky Love

This week I have something a little different. Instead of the 10 links that I usually preview I want to feature an entire series in itself: Matt Cheuvront’s The Inconvenience of Change. Matt approached a group of talented, passionate bloggers around the country to guest blog on his blog, Life Without Pants.

Matt’s questioned each of us (correct, yours truly is also part of the series): Why is change so inconvenient? Why are people so reluctant to aid a cause they believe in. Why are people so hesitant to change THEMSELVES? Are people subconsciously afraid of what they don’t understand? And maybe most importantly how can we spark change in one another? Where does it begin?

Riveting questions, no doubt. The series has already launched and will continue over the next two weeks. You can start with the posts below, but in the next two weeks periodically stop by Life Without Pants.

Grace – this is awesome. I can't tell you how much it means to me – as you know, I've always been a Linky Love fan, but this is great. I am really seeing something positive feedback and overall buzz being generated amount this series – it's amazing how social media brings us together, and I'm overly impressed with the level of passion and commitment people have to inspiring others. Thanks again for this, and thanks for being a part of the 'change' yourself!

@Matt Of course! It is the least I could do and I think bloggers everywhere will benefit from reading this comprehensive series. Kudos to you for being the catalyst behind this change series.

Thanks again Grace – what this has really taught me is the power of social Media – it's amazing how something as simple as Twitter can bring so many VERY different people together from all walks of life into discussing and writing with a shared goal of inspiring others. It's a beautiful thing!
