Friday Linky Love

Today, my family and I are applying for our Italian Citizenship at the Chicago consulate and then we’re en route to tropical warmth and beaches for a family reunion. I am looking forward to finally seeing my family and unwinding, summer style, but don’t think I forgot ye amazing readers. Happy Friday and enjoy!

1. Digital Ingredients: Reality Check (Google interviewed people in Time Square and half of them had no idea what a browser was?!)

2. Interview Project: This is a project by legendary filmmaker, David Lynch who has spent a lot of time in my hometown frequently as he’s a proponent for Transcendental Meditation. I was very moved by this documentary, in which they traveled across the United States, offering a unique perspective and view into the lives of 21 people along the way. Check out the video interviews. They’re no more than 3-4 minutes each.

3. 8 Hours & Lunch: I’m Very Busy & Important (being addicted to to activity & disconnected from purpose)

4. Seth Godin: On the Road to Mediocrity

5. Owl Sparks, Carlos Miceli: For Those That Care

6. The Pop!Tech Blog: Coaxing Ghost Social Entreprenuers Out of the Woordwork (H/T Akhila Kolisetty)

7. Soul Pancake: Falling in Love, One Detail at a Time
