Friday Linky Love + Happy New Year

2010 January 1
by Grace Boyle

January 1, 2010. Welcome to the new year! I’m big into renewal, change and personal evolution. Maybe it’s because my mom is a life coach or because I’m an ENFP and a realistic optimist. I do not like to be stagnant and I’m always on the move – makin’ moves, as I like to say. Currently, I’m up in the mountains for the long weekend; popping bubbly, snowboarding, spending time with visiting family and friends.

Me, surveying the future, my Colorado backdrop.

I already said, there’s no fist-pumping, cheesy, sugar-coated New Years post but I will say that I found a small journal from last year’s January 2009 where I wrote what I was looking for in the coming year. Ironically, I accomplished 8 out of the 10 themes/resolutions I wrote. That feels good. They were overreaching themes and I’m looking forward to 2010, so much. I hope you are too. However you spend it, I hope you’re smiling and remember to laugh and relish in gratitude.

To end 2009 on a high note, I was recently featured on two ‘best of’ lists amongst some brilliant bloggers. Check it.
