My Life List
One day I said, why the hell do I not have a life list? My mom is a life coach for goodness sake! So I wrote this post. Then I made this list. Then I crossed off items on the list. Then friends and professional contacts started contacting me, to help me accomplish them. Pretty incredible.

2. Move back to Italy, work visa via dual-citizenship
3. Wine tasting in Napa
4. Launch a food blog (October 25, 2010)
5. Get invited to a foodie related event via my food blog as “media” or “journalist” (November 6-7, 2010)
6. Travel to New Orleans, watch jazz, delight on beignets
7. Learn HTML, CSS (basic)
8. Hold headstand in yoga
9. Hike a 14er in Colorado
10. Travel to every state in the United States (at 31 now)
11. Travel to every continent
12. Host a dinner party where I make every dish (appetizers, entree’s and desserts)
13. Take a wine class
14. Buy my best friends airline tickets for a vacation we take together
15. Invited to speak at conference in front of 200+ people to present (presented in front of 100)
16. Obtain steady, passive income

30. Learn more about cheese, take class (November 6th, Colorado Cheese Festival, Mozzarella class)
31. Take a road trip across the United States
32. See a movie at an outdoor movie theater, under the stars
33. Write for Inc. Magazine
34. Have my own online food cooking show traveling the world, sampling cuisine, vineyards and portraying local spots
35. Grow my own herbs and vegetables – garden (Just planted May 2012)
37. Start horseback riding again
38. Visit Bali
39. Review 50 restaurants on food blog
40. Review 50 bars on food blog
41. Learn to tango
42. Visit the Grand Canyon
43. Attend Food & Wine Classic in Aspen
44. Become fluent in Italian
45. Kick it with Oprah
46. Be published in a print magazine (Boulder Food News won for Yellow Scene’s best in the West)
47. Interview my parents and grandparents (questions about life, love, death, memories) then publish into print and share with my family, brother and save.
48. Learn to sail
49. Travel to Italy with my mom on her annual women’s retreat
50. Can tomatoes, peppers and spaghetti sauce with my Grandparents (they do this every year)
51. Film (video, phone, camera) and then edit to music my friends, parties, events and birthdays over the course of a year, then give away clips as gifts.
52. Write for and work for online team at Bon Appetit
