What inspires you?
Each and every one of my clients. More so, it’s the emails and the feedback and the compliments and the phone calls, and the before and after pictures hanging all around my room.
But what really inspires you?
It’s the unwavering belief I have in my program.
It’s knowing that if someone wants to get into shape my program is what they need.
It’s knowing that if someone has trouble staying consistent with their diet and/or exercise I can absolutely help them!
It’s knowing that consistency is the only way to success.
It’s knowing that if a client submits their Daily Feedback every night, and as long as there is a caring tutor on the other end, it’s not a question of it they’ll get into shape they want to be in. It’s a question of when!
It’s knowing that what MyBodyTutor stands for is very worthwhile.
It’s knowing that MyBodyTutor is a company built on honesty and trust.
It’s the belief I have.
It’s the certainty.
It’s knowing that I am doing what I was born to do.
It’s knowing that I’ve created a great company to work for and a great company to partner with.
It’s knowing that eating healthfully and exercising always feels better than the alternative.
It’s knowing that my lifestyle and philosophy is extremely sustainable and very doable.
It’s the feeling I had when I quit my full time job at Ernst & Young knowing how much work was ahead of me. But knowing it was worth doing.
It’s the people who thought I was crazy for quitting my full-time job.
It’s the euphoria I feel after a workout.
It’s being able to make a promise knowing for sure I can keep it.
It’s knowing that my clients are going to feel a certain way, way before they do.
It’s the feeling I get when a client actually feels that way for the first time!
It’s knowing that my clients count on me.
It’s knowing that the only way to get into the shape you want to be in is by staying consistent with your diet and exercise. But also realizing that it’s very easy to make excuses and rationalize those excuses which makes it very hard to stay consistent.
It’s knowing that I can help people stay consistent meal by meal, workout by workout and day by day!
