I think it's easy for us to forget how the small things can be such a big source of inspiration – and as writers, at times we forget the impact our words, thoughts, and ideas can have on others. Some people say, “eh, a blog is a blog and I'll write about whatever I want” – but to those people I say, “What do you want your audience to think about you – what legacy do you want to leave behind?” When you put things in perspective and think about the 'power' you have as an individual, you'll mature as a writer, and as a human being, and you'll realize that inspiration can be drawn from anything and everything.
